START OF COOPERATION

We have been operating continuously since 1993 and have maintained our leading position on the Polish PVC waste collection market for over two decades. Each year, we recover more than 25,000 tonnes of waste, which we then process into high-quality regranulate and finished solutions for window joinery systems.
The highest quality of service and timely collection of waste is possible thanks to an extensive fleet of trucks, innovative logistics solutions and our qualified staff. The idea behind our offer can be described in 3 simple steps:

Collection of information and determination of needs
- determination of the volume of the waste to be collected;
- determination of the type of waste to be collected;
- determination of the service type (containers or bins).

Completion of formalities:
- contract signing;
- supervision of documentation in the BDO register;
- preparation of an annual waste acceptance report.

Commencement of cooperation:
- substitution and provision of the adequate number of waste bins;
- telephone contact with the account manager.

CONTAINER HANDLING
Our own fleet of trucks ensures stable waste collection throughout the year. We guarantee a timely service even during the busiest period for the industry. This ensures that our the production processes of our customers run smoothly and without disruption.
We supply large-volume PVC waste containers with a capacity of 36 m³ and dimensions of 650 cm x 230 cm and a height of 240 cm, which we deliver ourselves to the location indicated by the customer. To ensure the highest safety standards during transport, the containers are fitted with special tarpaulins.
Along with the bulky containers, we supply hedgehog-type loading containers. The solution implemented and proven by our company provides tangible advantages for window manufacturers:
- labour time savings (no forklift assistance is needed for loading, unloading and changing the container);
- order at the site (the installed “hedgehog” safely transports small waste and chips to the container);
- work time optimisation (the “hedgehogs” have a larger capacity than a standard waste bin = less frequent replacement under the saw or the cutting station).
We provide small “hedgehog” type containers for loading standard size containers*:
- 152 cm x 118 cm and 168 cm high;
- 152 cm x 118 cm and 144 cm high;
- 152 cm x 118cm and 135 cm high.
*We are also able to make customised hedgehogs.
We provide our customers with free PVC chip bags.
BIN HANDLING
An alternative form of waste collection is bin service. Free chip bags and mesh bins made of galvanised steel in the following dimensions are provided to the customers:
- 120 cm x 80 cm and 90 cm high;
- 120 cm x 80 cm and 180 cm high.
KI AGREEMENT
Waste collection cooperation should be planned in a longer time perspective. Thus, we offer our customers the option of signing a KI contract, which binds the current waste price of the customer to the Kunststoff Index (KI).
The interdependence of the price of the original raw material and the price of the waste makes the price stable and always remaining at the market level.
